1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Lightspace website and your participation in our programs. By applying, reserving a seat, or enrolling, you agree to them. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. Applications & enrolment
Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. Bootcamps and tracks are selective and seats are limited. Enrolment is confirmed once we accept you and the required deposit or fee is received.
3. Fees & payment
Program fees are shown on each program page and are indicative pending our VAT determination. Consumer fees are payable on the terms stated (full payment, or deposit plus installments). Corporate training is billed by invoice through your procurement process. Refunds, withdrawal and deferral are governed by ourRefund, Withdrawal & Deferral Policy.
4. What we provide
We deliver the program as described — live classes, materials, community access and support for the stated duration. We may make reasonable changes to schedule, instructors or delivery method, and will tell you if we do.
5. Your commitments
- Give accurate information when you apply and enrol;
- Engage respectfully with instructors and fellow learners;
- Keep your access credentials to yourself;
- Use course materials for your own learning, not redistribution.
6. Access & conduct
Access to classes, community and materials depends on being enrolled and up to date on any installments. We may suspend access for serious breaches of these terms or of community conduct, following fair notice where practical.
7. Intellectual property
Course content and materials remain the property of Lightspace. Workyou build during a program is yours — we love it when you show it off.
8. Outcomes
We support your growth and, where offered, your placement — but we do not guarantee employment. Outcomes depend on your own effort alongside our teaching.
9. Liability
We provide our programs with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the program in question.
10. Governing law
